分散轴通过搅拌轴传动至分散轮，通过强烈的分散能力使高粘度的物料达到分散，低速搅拌框由减速器带动并装有刮板，能刮清桶壁的物料，使整个缸内无死角。并可根据需要抽真空，消除物料的气泡。
